Overview

This website is a static information site. We do not run our own database, and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. We only process personal data in the cases listed below.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider All-Inkl.com automatically collects data in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and stability of operations). This data is not combined with other data sources.

Google Fonts

To display fonts consistently, this website uses external fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open a page, your browser loads the fonts from Google's servers. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation). You can find more information in Google's privacy policy.

Contact form (Formspree)

If you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, request and message) is forwarded to our email address via the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., 1007 N Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA). The data is processed on servers in the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by actively submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiating a membership or partnership). Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR applies to the transfer of data to the USA. More information is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We keep the data you send us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent or the purpose for storing it no longer applies.
